All of the hard work that you and your colleagues did leading up to the trade show in order to make it a success will only pay off if the team who are manning the stand on the day do a good job. You have invested money and time in the process, the logistics, and the appearance – the last thing to be sure of is to invest in your people and ensure that they are up to the task of promoting your products and services.
It is absolutely essential to send your people out with a specific task to accomplish during the time of the actual exhibition. Each man and woman should be given responsibility according to his or her strengths, and the team itself should gel. Ideally, these would be people who work well together in the office anyway, and the exhibition stand is just taking their already cemented work relationship public for the customer to see. The team should preferably be made up of experienced sales members as it is vital to secure as many leads as possible.

Computers do not make these errors, and all the information can be transferred or stored with ease. Much more information than ever before can be kept safe for many years.
